Has any former housemate ever sued BB production or channel #4 for any reason? and if so, did they win?

Don't think so..don't think anyones ever had the audacity to do it. Probably tried and failed. Their contracts probably cover everything in that aspect.

dawn bb 7 (the one with the serious bo problem)
she claimed she was held against her will because she asked to leave after receiving what her family claimed to be important information about her sister being very ill turned out to be nothing more than a message from the outside world to tell her she wasnt very popular.
As it was she was ejected for the rulebreak but this was shortly after she said she wanted to leave and bb told her arrangements were being made and to wait until morning.
bb didnt let her leave on the spot so she tried to claim she was held against her will

she then went on a very public hunger strike demanding police release footage of her being badly treated so she could launch legal proceedings she was given every second and nothing was ever heard of the freak again

Thats what we are looking at with nadia now just another of a long line of nutters that are desperate for the nice things that bb can bring to a very few people but as soon as they arent one of the lucky few revert to their true nasty spiteful selfish hate filled little shells of lives!
shame on them.

teacups....mmmm

anyway i hope she's alright ...i'd forgotten about shabaz and dawn and that posh boy george....george askew with the eye brow piercing , wonder what happened to him, probably doing sensible things somewhere with other posh types on his allowance from lord eskew. I remember that confident gay richard sniffing around george

shabaz ... cats and elderly gay knitting circle in glasgow probably

dawn the exercise scientist with BO ...oh dear, a hunger strike seems a bit unpleasant

bb7 was a good year for drama

The only suing cases I agree with are Shahbaz and Nadia's.

I bet Keeley would have sued.. but I reckon Keeley and PEJ came up with a deal of how much compensation she should receive.... then they probably did the deal then and there without going to court.....

I suspect people have tried, but I remember seeing somewhere a list of all Big Brother's rules and regulations and it stated quite clearly that they've covered themselves in every respect, and the housemates sign for this.

Yes and have won too.

At least one is in the BB house right now.

I'm surprised Shahbaz didn't win his case because surely the alarm bells were ringing with the producers when he had his psychiatric assessment or whatever it is they do before going in.
But Nadia I disagree with. I don't see how she has a case at all. Especially considering she's already done the show six years ago and willingly went back in and also already got paid a fee for doing so.
