She's joining the USA version of the X-Factor and can't juggle it with doing XF here in the UK plus her music career:p. Plus there won't be a X-Factor next year apparently because Simon will be doing XF USA also obviously..

Yes, it's called getting an easy ride.
The ratings have obviously boosted since Cheryl joined, and the producers just like to make things easy for her because she's the 'Nations Sweetheart' by giving her the catergorys that have the best acts.

Don't trust any of the tabloids, I can't personally see her doing it, and if she does she won't give in the UK version.
