She'll never be a big solo star because she doesnt have the personality, charisma and likeability factor that Cheryl has always had. She doesnt connect with the fans in the same way. Cheryl has always been the main draw in Girls aloud. Even though Nadine was the main vocalist.

Then got all the attention from joining X Factor and then launched her solo career using the X Factor as a vehicle.
If any of the other GA members (maybe except Nicola lol) had been offered place as a judge they'd be in a similar position.
