how about making it family BB
we would have 6 families each having 1-3 kids for a total of 24 HMs
there would be 1 large bedroom for the parents with and 2 small bedrooms for the boys and girls
for tasks one week we could have the families against each other, another week have all the parents vs all the kids and another week all men and boys vs women and girls etc
for nominations sometimes might get a kid nominating one of their parents or vice versa :joker:
also activities provided would be things like a parents night where they go to a large task room that set up as a bar alcohol music dancing etc
for kids could have things like xbox/ps tourneys and summat similar for girls like horse ridin lessons in the garden
so basically it would be just same as normal BB but with added dynamic of the family
an example for first series could be
1. a white middle class family
2. an asian family
3. a black family
4. a white working class family
5. a celebrity family
6. and a family from hell !!! :joker:
it would have massive potential
could have a romeo and juliet style romance instead of the usual snoremances
might have some epic comical bitching from kids about the parents
imagine a mini rex or a mini charley :joker:

No
Family is nothing like this Format.
No one wants it to be dead boring.

No thanks! :joker:
Let's just have (only) attractive young people, preferable with more than one brain cell each. ;)

In my opinion i'm not sure Little House on the Prairie meets The Real World would work somehow.

it was be far more entertaining
we would get all the usual dynamics of normal BB house PLUS the family dynamic
so how is that more boring?
and maybe the format needs changing as the viewers are on the decline

Xbox/ps tourneys and horse riding lessons. :joker::joker::joker::joker::joker::joker:

Let me be the first to say - Genius idea!
Ch5 would have to be extremely PC to avoid complaints. Alternatively it could become a bloodbath:joker:

CH5 should be brave and screw the complainers and bring on the bloodbath

Davina: Theresa you are the seventh person to be evicted from the Big Brother house... I'm coming to get me!
Theresa: (cries) Mummy! Why is she coming to get me? (cries again before pissing herself.)

Sex, nudity, drunkness, swearing, arguments, the feeling of having left loved ones at home. Turning it into a family show would be the final... or should I say, "finale" nail in the coffin.

Fight Night, Naked Jacuzzi etc etc
firstly with current producers Fight Night will never happen ever again regardless of the format
and why would naked jacuzzi not happen?
we have 6 married couples, so is it not MORE likely to happen after they had bit too much alcohol?
and if have different producers who dont step in to stop rows fight night is much more likely to happen
what if one of the parents overhears a group of the others bitching about his wife or kids? they could go mental

in BB11 how much sex, nudity, drunkeness and swearing was there?
6 married couples in a house for 2 months + plus alcohol = increased chance for sex/nudity
no swearing? serious
how many families you know who dont swear?
and what was your favourite row of BB11? not exactly fight night or spitgate level were they

Obviously providing we'd have the producers from BB5-7.
But anyway, I'd still just rather people who've never met each other who are all adults FFS.

The more I read this thread the more I'm coming round to the idea - but I would have the kids aged 15+ as they would tend to be somewhat more obnoxious which could be quite funny. Plus it would cater for teenies and oldies in one series.

finally someone with an independent mind of their own who is prepared to take in a new idea, digest it and then decide if they like it or not

For me it's an age thing I guess - I'm always open to having my opinions challenged with logical reasoning - sadly at times on here it descends into a bun fight :)

I think this would be a better twist for BBUSA, where the HMs are the ones evicting. With private nominations, public eviction, it would just become a predictable nicefest. Would fight night ever happen with your parents in the room? Could Makosi and Anthony happen if a sibling was in the jacuzzi?
It would work if you found the right families, willing to go after each other and look dysfunctional on national TV, but then you have a whole other set of problems. I vote no.

Well for starters it would be completely against the law, thus I don't really need to go on...

So because I have a different opinion to you, that means I don't have an independent mind and isn't prepared to consider a new idea?
