Idea for bb12!! PLEASE READ!!

Right today.... I was just thinking.. about bb12.. on channel 5.. and that the format might have to change a bit.

I think it should be turned into a bit like BB USA....

I think every week.. before nominations ALL the housemates must do a task!! For example.. one week.. they do a general knowledge quiz.. and the housemate with the least amount of points is automatically up for eviction!!

The winner of the task is automantically immune from eviction. The rest of the housemates then have to do their nominations.. and the housemate with the highest amount of votes is also up for eviction with the loser of the task....

If there is a draw in nomination votes or a draw in the losers of the task then put all of them up.. so some weeks we might just not get 2 housemates up for eviction!

Anywho do you like the sound of this?? :)

The tasks every week will all vary.. general knowledge, sport type tasks, etc.. a range of different tasks which are not just favouring one housemate!!

Hmm I like it, but I think more ideas from the American show should be experimented with in BBUK (if it is ever resurrected).

HoH (Head of Household) : I think this should be brought back, but not in the half-assed BB9 implementation. The HoH should have his/her own bedroom and be exempt from nomination for a week. There should be a task to determine who is the HoH every week.

PoV (Power of Veto) : A bit like save and replace only the name is better! :D

And one vital thing (that isn't from BBUSA):

CHANGE VOTE TO EVICT TO VOTE TO SAVE.

They really need to do vote to save. The more I think about it, it would revolutionize the show. All Maysoon types would be out by halfway, and it would force the HMs to entertain or leave.

I'd prefer it if every week ALL housemates were up for eviction & it was a vote to save, get rid of nominations altogether & definitely get rid of save & replace, that farce meant that Marion got into the final!!

I say:

-Have a 'Head of House' each week, where the winner is immune from eviction, gets their own personal luxury shopping budget, gets their own private luxury room, and makes all important decisions in the house almost as a dictator.
-Make each eviction a vote to save, so you vote to keep your favorite housemate in.

I think just simple changes like that would really improve the show.

I think the best thing BB12 could do, would be to get some true BB fans on the production team. People who know all about BB and what works and what doesn't. Might get a half decent show then. :hugesmile:

Here's what I want;

Proper Tasks
The housemates used to be excited all week about what the task would be & was generally a big highlight of the week but now seems to be getting smaller & less effort put into them. Some 24/3 tasks would be good.

Online Fan Input
We generally get it right... would be nice if the producers took notice once in a while.

Vote To Save
Gets rid of the boring housemates & doesn't evict someone(normally a good character) at the first sign of controversy.

24/7 Live Feed
Was nice to have it back this year even though it was only online, maybe if C5 pick it up they could use one of their Fiver+37 channels for LF maybe even interactive.

Absolutely No Interaction With Outside World
No sending in celebs or family members, tell new HMs they will be evicted if purposely exposing outside world.

Keep Eye & Music
For me these are essential, important to keep a link to the franchise

Lots Of Twists
Keep it fun like BB5/6/7 with lots of twists with secret houses etc.

I like the american way of doing it.
HoH is great
Veto is great (save and replace)
I also like the idea of spliting the house for food tasks and winners get luxury losers get ****.
But I think the HOH should put one housemate up for eviction and the rest of the house do normal noominations..HoH can't be nominated.
This will make HoH critical and you will see everyone fight for it.
The viewers still get to vote out.

Yeah I think we do need to take ideas from BB USA if Five buy it. We need a fresh start. And BB USA must be doing something right because they've done more series than us.

(2) All HMs to be up for a vote to save every week. This will get rid of the dullards because nobody will pick up the phone to vote for them.

I'd go with this as the whole nominations scenario has gone past it's best now everyone knows the game and BB aren't prepared to evict anyone who refuses to do it.

t's simple for the FIRST year we should have a vote to save as a trial and if it works better by all means keep it.
Nominations Stay as they are but the winner of the HoH task on Sunday is automatically immune.
