Vanessa Feltz to replace Davina for BB7

Just heard from a reliable source that none other than Vanessa Feltz will be replacing Davina as presenter of BB7. Apparently she is the stand in for Davina and will take over when Davina takes time off to give birth.

During BB2 Denise Van Outen was the Satnd in Host and During BB4 Kate Lawlor (BB3 Winner) was stand in host so they are also two possible Hosts.

But davina hosted both BB2 and BB4 *is confused*

I think Denise Van Outen and Kate Lawler were the stand-by's in case Davina suddenly went into labour (although I heard that Zoe Ball was the stand by for BB2). I'm guessing this is the case with Vanessa as well - she certainly seems an odd choice though. I didn't even know Davina was pregnant again:puzzled:

Appently Davina is 3 months pregnant already (I'd like to say that if anyone rememberes i said during CBB that i thaught D was pregnant).
So She would be able to present all of BB7.

But - Id rather have a One host for all of BB instead of switching in the middle.

Surely Dermot is the obvious choice? Or Russell? Id like to see Russell do it.

Oh please. Maxwell and Saskia. Id shoot myself on the spot i cant stand either of them, and they dont have the buzz of the ball like our Davina does.

Anyways if she is only 3 months preg by the time the show finishes she will be just turning up the labour isle.
She could be safe. But not Vanessa.

I would love Russell Brand to do it - I think he would do a great job. But I doubt either Dermot or Russell would be doing it, because then there would have to be a replacement for BBLB/BBBM too.

Davina hasnt signed for more series of Big Brother. If she is going to sign it will be closer to the launch.


I think Lauren Laverne would be good.
Great manner about her - would be a very good interviewer. The housemates evicted would have a good connection with her which I think is needed to get the best evictee interview possible. Good connection with the audience too. She could really do a good job.

They can't replace Davina. She is great at presenting and I couldn't imagine anyone else doing it as well as she does.
