Endemol? Channel4? Patrick?

Just always wondered and never knew, if it was channel4's then C5 (IF THEY EVER BOUGHT BB) would have to buy it off them, I wonder how much it's worth lol

If i had the money behind me i would acctuly buy it, i would live in the secret place thats not so secret no more. Then charge people to come into the house and have a look around. Sit in the seat. We would also record everything that goes on then peolpe can pay an extra fee to have DVD highlights of these time in the big brother house. They could also pay an extra fee to have a photoshoot like an housemate.

I wonna be a millionair so frickin bad!

I read that Endemol still had a couple of years lease on the BB house site before BB11 so perhaps this why Channel 5 showed interest?;).

The house is a temporary studio built on a studio lot. Endemol have leased the lot until the end of this month. After that they have to remove all their equipment, fixtures and fittings etc. so the lot can be offered out to potential leasees.

Unless of course Endemol/Remarkable Television are engaged to provide further series by another television channel. In which case they may be able to renegociate the lease if no one else has taken it up for that lot.

The lot is actually owned by Elstree Studios, Borehamwood.

You can also buy keyrings of the house pics, bb logo's or even your promo pic.

The house will also host big brother partys and sometimes get ex housemates in to do signing.
