Personally I can't see anything being announced before the end on C4 tonight - it's more hype and media interest. When the dust settles I think we will find out what is going on.

Just had a piece about Big Brother on Five News, they said "This channels owners are in talks to show Big Brother, but nothing has yet been confirmed".

I think they will wait to announce it after the final on Channel 4...

Do any of you follow football?

How many times has the chairman of your club come out to the papers and said, we arent signing anyone it's all rumours.

Then the next day they unveil a 9 million pound striker.

Dont believe what you read in the papers/online etc.

I had a feeling this would happen tbh acording to it the talks fell through because Endemol wanted a longer contract with Channel 5 maybe for 3 years or so and Richard Desmond only wanted a 1 year trial contract at a cut price to test the ratings for it

No they don`t but BB online are usually right about stuff they have been wrong a few times but not often

Even if Ch5 have bought it already they are going to totally deny it until the current series is finished. Thats standard practice. If you havent heard anything by christmas, then consider it finished.

the bill will be more popular than all them overall because im a celebrity is in its last season,britains got talent i would give two more seasons tops and the x factor will probably be gone soon because of the american x factor simon cowell is consontrating on.

bb12 will be back by.... 2013/2014.

Channel 5 saying they have not bought it does not mean that is the finalised EVER decision!!

It will be back, without a doubt. Big Brother is still alive and well in several countries.

It is inconceivable that the UK would be without BB, if these other countries continue to have the show.

But hoping it may be back in 2011 could be a bit optimistic.
