Is it just me that is sad about this? They had such a great bond at the start of the series.
Nah not that suprised, Mario was smitten by Ben and he liked attention so didn't complain. When Mario got over his crush they realised they didnt actually like each other that much, and were only really "friends" in name only.
What's the source btw?

That "news" are not that new. Mario said himself several times now, that he wishes Ben well, but don't to have further contact to him since he left the house.

Mario has also already moved on. Just seems nobody wan's to understand his point of view.
Mario had discovered that Ben was never actually a friend for him, so he is consequent and has decided to not keep in contact with Ben, I wonder why most Ben fans have such a problem with it.
Mario is over it, he's not sulking, or bitter or anything, he just moves on with his own live, which doesn't include Ben.

Yes I am, and thank you. I got a two week ban after a Mario supporter came into Ben's appreciation thread and basically spent around two hours winding us up! And they ban ME for this!!!:nono::conf:

Tell me about it. They are starting to get as bad the JJJ's. Mario did nothing of note at all apart from sleaze over Ben and Andrew. I can't stand John James but I can appreciate he was a big character and contributed lots to the show. Mario really didn't. He's insignificant really.

Mario is incredibly bitter and can't take rejection. Ben told him several times he was not interested in him sexually, and he turned into this creepy stalking pervert. Mario's friendship towards Ben was self serving because he wanted to get into Ben's underpants! Ben doesn't need Mario, and it's Mario who has continued to slag Ben off on the outside, so if he's getting grief for it from Ben fans, it's hardly surprising. He needs to keep his bitter, twisted big mouth shut on the subject of Ben - I doubt Ben gives Mario a second thought. Mario nommed Ben, but Ben never nommed him, so don't let's talk about loyalty. And as for bitching about Ben, Mario did a pretty fine job inside and outside the house so pot/kettle springs to mind.
Whilst Mario does his ****ty fashion designing (of which we've all seen an example in his eviction outfit!:eek:) Ben is doing well on the media circuit (as he was before he entered the house). The bottom line is that Mario was, is, and always will be jealous of Ben, he really is a sad little man, and his so called popularity is NOT borne out by his pathetic following on social networks. The supposedly "hated" Dave has almost 3 times as many followers than Mario on Twitter for example:rolleyes: Mario needs to get over himself and his obsession with Ben. Ben was never interested in Mario sexually, because of that and particularly when Ben got close to Laura, Mario got really sisnister and nasty.
I recall Mario sitting on a bed just unnervingly staring at Ben and laura with a very bizarre and rather scary grin on his face.
That was also the week that Mario nominated Ben but at the end of it all,Ben never needed Mario,he came to see Mario for the oddball he is and as for mario,he knows he is seen as a backstabber so that in the end there was no friendship between him and Ben or likelihood of same.
Ben Duncan will go from strength to strength,Mario will go into obscurity.

Lol. I liked Mario, Ben and Dave. Ben and Dave were more bitchy though with Dave being smug especially when he finished 2nd.
