In the hope that they get the World Cup,Quatar are building 16 Air conditioned football stadiums.The amount of money this Muslim state has sent to Pakistan so far is ZILCH.Dubai has built a racecourse.It cost 1.7billion pounds!

I'm no expert but I thought the Third Pillar of Islam was charity, yet time and again we see little evidence of this when it comes to helping out their fellow muslims in times of need.

Yeah, seems some are worth helping in their eyes, but only if there is something in it for them. And Pakistan could never really give anything back.
