It's the same song...it's just replaced a genuine person with a boring reality TV winner, and thrown in a choir.

Writing, originality, honesty > good vocals.

If anyone else went to the tour, when she sang Run she sang it perfectly and it was awesome :D my fave song of the tour as all of us were involved with our mobiles

Snow Patrol version is > than Leona's but I like the song in general so yeah.

I think it's not the worst cover in the world: it's changed the arrangement a bit, and her voice IS good, I can't deny that. But I can't say I like it.

A lot of the hype around Leona's version is the original impact it had on people and the X Factor performance with the darkness. Shes fantastic at it when its live and not to say its rubbish when its the studio version, but its not as good

It's shocking, a stellar voice doesn't make up for a lack of artistic merit or human emotion, She sings it like a robot, it's cold and metallic. Snow Patrol's is rousing and anthemic. Leona's is enough to make me comatose.

A good voice can't hide the fact Leona is just that, a voice, utterly replaceable.
