all4nothin.net also has loads available for download. But it is a private torrent tracker that you have to watch your ratio on..

These sites ^ are torrent sites, you need to sign up to them like you would sign upto this or any other site, once you've signed up you can search for torrents e.g put "Big Brother" in the search box & it will take you to all the torrents to do with BB. When you've found something you want, you download that particular torrent (<1MB) & open it in your torrent client (search "utorrent"). The file will then download & once it says 100% you will be left with the full finished ready to play file(s).

Remember to upload as much as you download though, all you have to do is keep it running after its completed, you can even set limits in utorrent so it doesnt effect your browser etc. You have to upload (or seed) on private torrent sites such as these because you have to maintain a ratio of atleast 1:1 (download vs upload) which with big series files that are about 25GB will be quite hard to do unless you have a seedbox or have utorrent running 100% of the time when your pc is on, you should build your ratio up first with smaller popular files untill you have a decent buffer. If you still can't do it then google it, simple stuff :)

so the utorrent converts it into a file?

Well sort of, the torrent file is a sort of configuration file that utorrent reads as to where & what to download.
