What happens if he behaves and then after two weeks starts trolling again?
Does he just receive normal bans like everyone else or is he banned permanently?

If he screws up in his first two weeks, the permaban is back and it stays.
After the two weeks, we will still be keeping a very close eye on him anyways.
Any more questions, PM a mod/admin please :)
