The Dreamcast was a great system with a lifespan that was too short. It only lasted what, 2 years?

The PS2, definitely. Plays PS1 games flawlessly and has brilliant games. It's a shame the PS3 doesn't play PS1 games properly, or PS2 games at all for **** sake.

Also I have a soft spot for the Saturn. I own a white Japanese one which makes some of my friends green with envy. :p

Nintendo 64 by miiiiiiles, purely because of how much time I spent on it LOL
Super Mario, Mario Kart, Goldeneye, Banjo & Kazooie, World Cup '98...
would be followed by the SNES, then PS1, then PS2. Also liked the Dreamcast.

Probs SNES for me. Used to play it for literally hours and love and the game. Still got it I think, wonder if it works D:
The Playstations are the best for me. I've never really played anything else (apart from Nintendo DS and occasionally Xbox 360)

I voted the SNES and Mega Drive.
I have a PS3 now only because my Xbox died on me for the 2nd time.
I have owned the Master System (who mentioned Alex the Kidd? yay!) A Megadrive, SNES, Sega Saturn, PS1, N64, PS2, Gamecube and Wii. I still have and play the PS2 and the Wii.
Playstation 1 or 2 have definitely been my favourites! Considering a PS3 for xmas :)
