Cher wont win, her voice just aint strong enough. Think she'll do pretty decent in the live shows, go out towards the end and Simon will advise her to wait it out a couple of years and then bring out an album (.....bit like diana vickers).

From those auditions today, i think the faves are that guy with the beard and hat and the mixed race girl with the afro.
