Quite frankly if she doesn't next year/whenever it's back then there's a problem.
You'd have thought they'd have given her the Groups by now, she is/was in a group :joker:

Yeah Dannii has not been given the groups yet either.

To be honest, and I know i will get hate from this, but Cheryl should never have been picked as a judge. So she comes from a successful girlband, but it is not like she has had much input to the group, songs, videos etc. They are told what to do.
She finds it a struggle to manage girls/boys, can you imagine if she was to manage a group? A group is very hard work to master, so having to mentor3/4 groups would far exceed her capacity. No offence to her, nice girl, poor judge/mentor.

I do think though next year.. Dannii or Cheryl should get the groups. Louis always gets the short straw.....

Exactly. I think each judge should each receive every category at one point, it makes it less predictable. It was too predictable this year.
And yeah, I feel sorry for Louis every year. It's about time they gave him the best category for once :joker:

Surely Cheryl has got to get something else next time though? It would just look stupid to see her get Girls - Boys - Girls - Boys.

I hope she gets no one next year, I hope she quits the show and goes and does her thing in the States or wherever it is she hopes to continue her career.
After the farce at her house this year and her dire choices, really she should not be given any say in deciding someones future.
Time to follow Sharon Osborne and head off elsewhere.

First time she won was expected, the same happened the first year Danni was judge, there was a lot of hype surrounding her, Diana and Alexandra. She was bound to win.
Secondly her actual judging skills are poor. She barely has a bad word to say to anyone. Yes there is being nice, but sometimes if somebody is rubbish, you need to tell them that and offer them advice on how to improve, it is called constructive criticism.
Just my opinion.

After the farce at her house this year and her dire choices,
She actually made the best three choices out of all the judge's
Oh, and if Cheryl leaves Sharon must return.

To be honest X factor could do with a rest break for the next couple of years after this. I mean nowadays it is not a talent show, more a who can make the headlines most show.
Out of all the shows so far, how many are actually still around? Yes there is Leona, even she has hit a slight slump, there is Alexandra, but who else? Who else has stood the test of time from this show? We buy the first few records (in some cases the first record only) then we are bored of the winner when the hype dies, the next winner is there, so we focus on them and forget before. Every year.
We need a fresh way of doing this, maybe one where we actually see writing music talent, instruments and singing. I know there are shows already like this, but they are overlooked.

well it's easy to win every year when you're consistently given the strongest, most likely to win acts. What about the one she completely failed on. Lloyd was **** to begin with, but even he was shafted with songs like Bleeding Love and I Kissed A Girl. Don't get me started on Laura White.
Anyway, I don't see why Cheryl hasn't been given the groups yet...I mean, she is in one, surely she'd be the most qualified.

JLS? Diana Vickers? Things are looking very good for Olly.

Best thing we can hope for is that she ****s of to the states after this series and they bring in someone that can actually spot talent

Ok, i did forget JLS. Olly is too soon to use, it's been under a year, no longevity there. How many others have come and go in the blink of an eye?
All I'm saying is that this show needs a break and a new concept, the winners barely last past 1/2 singles. If they actually had the X factor, shouldn't they be more successful than that?

She actually made one good choice in choosing Rebecca but she also made two very poor choices in putting the two through who couldn't even finish their song. In my opinion the other acts in her category were much more deserving as they have performed consistently well.
And as for all of this crap about Cher being interesting etc. It isn't called The Interesting Factor, it's called The X Factor which means you have to have the voice to go with it. Which Cher hasn't got.

It would be nice if they wrote and performed some of their own music for a change like on Must Be The Music. Although it is still nice to hear different interpretations of classic songs.
Diana Vickers was playing Freshers Week gigs in Glasgow, I'd hardly say her career is going well

Laura White never had the public support (until pseudo fans crawled out of the woodwork when she went over Ruth) and she was too forgettable anyway, nothing to do with Cheryl's mentoring. And the boys were far from the strongest category last year, most people ranked the over 25s and girls above them.

Yeah, only thing is, if Louis was given a good category he would pick the three worst acts.
picture this.....Louis got the groups this year. We would be treated to the "delights" of Twem and Diva Fever. ffs!!

she could get the groups, but she will never get the overs because she will never win.
