makes mistakes all the time, she called the Sinitta clip "Simon on Sinitta" when it should have been Sinitta on Simon and she announced a call FROM One Direction instead of FOR the group.

Also she keeps saying "where's Cher/Matt/whoever?" and looking all round for them when they are sat next to her......lmao.

Always asks the same questions 'Who do you want to win?', 'Who would you collaborate with?', 'Who is your favourite act?', 'What do you think you did wrong?' etc. Messes up all the time...like when she announced a break when there wasn't a break. I don't think she even cares about the show either. At least Holly did. Hopefully she'll do a Fearne and leave after this series and then we can have Holly back or Caroline Flack.

Holly quit because she does This Morning/Celeb Juice and from October-March her only day off was Friday. Then shes away for a lot of the summer doing the auditions, so its a pretty punishing schedule for anyone, let alone someone with a small child.
