I knew these types post would pop up. You guys need to get with it, seriously! This is what Pop stars do these days! Its their own phase. I think every generation had one of a sort!

Usher has proven himself for years, that he is a great singer. He's been doing it, since the 90's, when none of these auto tune and weird sounds, crap existed"! He is just getting with the generation, and giving them what they want right now!


I thought it was a great performance, for what it was, and what the kids enjoy these days!

Im 25 mate not 40 and im sorry but this was not a good performance. Go check out facebook and twitter everyone has the same opinion that it was **** so i think YOU need to do some research into what people want lol

To be honest all the artists that have come on X factor have always been rubbish. It's like they can't be arsed to give their all because it's X factor and they just want their fee. So let's not act like other acts that came there were outstanding.

He's classed as more of an "entertainer" than singer these days, which is a shame cos he is a good singer. I wish he'd go back to his old music, U Remind Me, U Got It Bad, Nice & Slow... great songs. His new album was pretty average.

He didn't even bother to mime, it was awful. He had some decent at best songs in the late 90's early 00's but he's past it. All his new songs are completely sh*t and he should just fade away.

I was a little dissapointed with his performance. Quite annoying how FYD got critisized for always dancing and singing yet Usher only dances and gets a standing applaud (i know he's a star but still). Use that voice us girls (and guys) love Usher :P

And you think that deserves praise?

No top performer will deliberately perform badly on a highly rated show. They are there to promote themselves after all.

But some are just not much cop....or, in Ushers case, just messy and unfit!

He hardly opened his mouth, it was an appauling performance and the judges should not have stood up at the end. I know it's courtesy but Mary and Aiden were better than him and neither got standing ovations.
