How dare Digital Spy tease us!
Gamu is the most talked about contestant this year. Rewind back to the auditions and she was across the tabloids as the face of the autotune scandal, then there was the controversy about her not getting through and finally her likely deportation
even the winner won't generate as many headlines

Knowing Simon Cowell he couldn't give a toss who wins this years x factor as he knows they'll probably sink within a few weeks, so he's probably planning to sign Gamu; one to keep her in the country, and two make some serious money from her talents.

I'm not sure if it was during the main show or The Xtra Factor, but when Simon Cowell was questioned about Gamu on Saturday he said 'they' (presumably the production company) were doing all they could to keep Gamu in the country and to not rule out anything, whatever that meant!!!
I don't see how they could introduce her into the show halfway through, BUT you have to wonder that if she gets a reprieve from deportation within the next couple of weeks, they will find a way of 'bending the rules' to bring her back by public demand.
It would be grossly unfair on the other contestants if they did that, and it would be interesting to see if the viewing public saw it that way OR made her the runaway winner, but whichever way it went, there's no denying The X Factor would be headline news for all the right or wrong reasons, and at the end of the day that's why there is a small possibility that it might happen.
Watch this space!!!
