I didnt want to post this but the bickering has got too much, Im leaving until BB7 starts. If it hasnt improved I will leave permantlly.
I used to love posting on this forum, as you can tell by my post count, but lately its got too much. Nearly every other post has got countless bickering that there really is no need for.
Im sorry, And i hope to chat to some of you over msn.

Oh Gaz and j2c...I don't know what to say. I don't mind a bit of drama now and then, but not if it makes people leave the forum.
Maybe it's for the best if you take a break, you can come back and have a fresh start.
Please come back Gazzy. We used to have a laugh joking around, eh?

Although I understand and empathise your reasons for taking time out, I really hope that you return to the forums sooner rather than later, as I always enjoy having a natter with you :thumbs:, and after all - TiBB is supposed to be a forum where you can freely discuss your views without being pre-judged.
It may seem that sometimes the friendly members are in the minority :rolleyes:, but I hope that once you've had some time to think, that you'll come back as crazy and interesting as ever - you're too nice a person to lose! :laugh::tongue:
Have some "me" time, and then come back refreshed - we'll be here for you!

I've had enough too. That's why I haven't posted on here for a while. I have a look at the forum every two or three days, and right now, it's not somewhere I want to be anymore, so I've decided to leave.
So to those of you who I've chatted and laughed with over the past months, thanks for the memories!

Thing is.. there was an insults thread... created for the purpose of havin a bit of banter etc., but it was removed. If it had been left, then the bickering wouldn't occur in other threads.

Also, there are so many folk on here who have stuff to say about other FMs in private but don't seem to be able to come out and say it publicly, so therefore feelings fester away under the surface, and inevitably come out in an argument.
Yer and even when some people put across what has been annoying them in a polite manner others don't seem to be able to take some of the things on board and end up resenting people for speaking their minds.
Fact of the matter is with more regular posters on the forum there has been more personality clashes and people getting annoyed with certain things that people do and when one thing comes up it escalates into an arguement and it just continues on for ages as they cannot put the feud to rest.

Some differences are beyond settling now, so there's always going to be tension amongst some posters. No amount of warnings/bans will change that.

That is fair enough but it proably does not need to be put on here then because that just leads to people wanting to know and people may get the finger pointed at them.

It happens every now and then - sometimes like Stropz said feelings fester and then things erupt! never a pretty sight.
The thing that I worry about is people feel the need to leave the forum, when in fact they could choose not to look at the offending threads and also could keep reporting them! This place is great and why let a small number of members spoil things for everyone!

I have felt exactlt the same recently. I used to visit this site every day now it like once a week. Nearly every sinlge thread has bickering in it. This used to be a fun forum where we would all (mostly) get along without fighting. It has gotten absoutley riduculious at the moment for no reason. People are being bitchy without real reason. It totally sucks big time. I'm not leaving because I do love tibb and there are some lovely peoole here. However I will not be coming on as much as I used to. Mabye once a week or something,mabye even less if it get worse. Ok rant over

Its a shame that its all got out of hand. However, I can rise above all the bickering and find it helps just not to read certain members posts. I skip over them and therefore I dont let it bother me.
Its a fact of life that you cant get on with everyone but I do hope that it calms down and gets back to normal.
Whats happened the past day or two! :shocked:
This forum used to be really calm and now its littered with bickering as Gazza has quite rightly pointed out - and all of a sudden two regs have been banned for 3 days :conf: , its ruining the forum this negativity, and most of all its boring.

The Admin. team do their very best to keep this Forum on an even keel. If a disagreement does break out every so often, the best thing to do is to report it to us straight away and steer well clear ...... not to join in and 'fan the flames' so to speak. :spin2: Attention seekers hate to be ignored. :laugh:

Makes me a bit sad really, this thread. Members - good posters - being put off the forum because of some idiots.
All I can say is it is zero tolerance of arguing from now on. Hopefully you'll all stay around.
We'll hopefully have three days of peace anyway.
