I mean, like Nicolo or not, the simple fact is that she ruined him with that song and those hideous glasses, and she choose a ridiculous song for Aiden last weekend when any normal person would realise that he wasn't capable of singing it after rehearsals, plus she's turned Matt into a one trick pony, continually giving him high pitched songs in an attempt to highlight his falsetto. She's just extremely dull in her decisions. And don't get me started on how she treated the two Rachel's in past series'.

I actually like the songs she's given Matt, playing to his strengths of singing in falsetto, but I hope she doesn't do that all the way through and gives him some variety. Aiden was fantastic the first week, last week not so good, but I think it was nerves on his part more than anything.

I've heard nothing but good things about her as a mentor actually, her acts never have anything bad to say about her, and she spends the most time with them. And as a judge she's the best too, the only one to speak her mind, although Louis has been better this year so far.

Dannii is good all round, a fair judge who gives constructive comments. Nicolo was a hard one to work out what to do with, he was by no means the worst on the first live show.

Dannii definately is a good judge and mentor and maybe the song choices are not always right but then they aren't for all the other mentors either.

I didn't like Nicolo at all, thought he had a bit of a diva attitude tbh, but he did have a fairly decent voice, he was good at judge's houses, but he looked like an idiot on the live show. Noone should ever try and sing a Gaga song, it just doesn't work.

Rachel herself has said that that was blown all out of proportion and that she had no right to complain about anything, saying she was acting like a diva basically and she regrets it now.

Always thought Cowell was a decent judge, but this year more than ever he has his favourites, and, apart from NO Direction,they are in Cheryl's category. Also no mater what the events a year or so after the results, Dannii is also the 'only' judge and mentor to ever have had both winner and runner up in any X Factor and from the start of that particular X Factor series few people would have had Rhydian and Leon Jackson anywhere near their top 2 of that series but she got them there.

Dannii is a good mentor but only when it suits and its usually when you can tell she genuinely likes the contestants e.g. Leon in her first year (she completely shafted one of the guys in her category and Rhydian managed to get by on his talent). In series 5 she hated Rachel and gave her bad choices to the point where Rachel started picking herself and she didn't get Ruth right until about week 6 or 7. She did well last year though

Sharon had the worst category in the history of the show that year, I've never seen anyone balls up so badly on that scale. 2 acts in the bottom 2 in week 1 with the other kicked out after week 2, left with one act who couldn't sing and noone voted for :joker:
