Simon - ''Recording Artist''

That is why the X Factor is degrading the music world, exporting generic pop acts.

Cheryl - I Thouroughly Enjoyed It

I wonder if that's what she kept saying to Ashley and he was like "what?! just thoroughly enjoyed?! well!" chuckles zips pants, and goes find someone who more than just thoroughly enjoyed it.

It's current
It's relevant.

Cheryl should be banned from looking at Simon I reckon

Very ignorant of her when it was her turn to give her comments on Wagner, the guy, was standing there and all she did was ignorantly and highly unprofessionally, just hardly addressed him at all but turned to Simon and said she didn't know what to say.

Then there was an uneasy silence until Simon said his piece, Very discourteous behaviour from Ms Cole. but.....
Wow, there's a first, Cheryl Cole doesn't know what to say, well done to Wagner then is all I can say becasue few can shut her up normally.

Oops forgot to add, its Simon's 'I have to tell you' comment that could also be banned.

Louis - 100%, you owned the stage, you made that song your own.

"The X Factor is more than just singing it's about entertaining, you entertain, you have The X Factor".

Mostly to his own acts and it annoys me.

He tells acts that can sing they are boring or don't have the overall quality of X Factor. Yet, tells non singers who put on a "show" that they have X Factor. Surely The X Factor is the whole package?

"You made it your own"

Arrr drives me mad!! Hush Louis!

Anyway why does Louis always shout? He should also be banned from shouting. Either he waits till the crowd finish cheering or the crowd motivator tells them to zip it.

Louis should be banned from making his long monologues during the sing off, he takes forever to make a decision and tries to build up tension by going on and on; it's cringe worthy and is then made worse when Dermot tells him to hurry up.

Simon should not be allowed to say things like "madam over here will be very smug" because he comes across as really lecherous and disgusting.

haha glad someone else noticed that too.. I thought it had gone unnoticed, I hope Wagner gets his own back even though he is completely talentless and frankly shouldn't be there

they often contradict themselves for eg one week on a sing off louise will say " I'm going to have to save the act that performed the best tonight" then next week he will say " I'm going to save the act who I believe has the potential to grow" , they all do it. another example is when one of them says (usually after one of their own acts who can't sing has performed)" x factor is about entertaining and that was a great performance" and if their act can sing "At the end of the day x factor is a singing competition and that was a great vocal"

tbh Louise is not very eloquent , he just seem like out of touch rich old queen who goes home and listens to Celene Dion and fawns over young boys

Yes, we all love it. The drama, the back-stabbing judges, Dermot’s suits – even, very rarely, the singing. But it’s been seven series now and after any relationship has been going for that long there are going to be some issues that get right on your nerves. Things that make you want to smash up your television. Here are the phrases that we’ve had enough of hearing. Please feel free to add your own at the bottom.

10. “You killed it.”
A favourite phrase of Cheryl’s and initially it was amusing to add: “Yes, you did. You actually murdered that song.” But that joke has worn thin. Now it just seems like Chezza’s run out of patronising phrases. See also: Dannii’s “You nailed it.”

9. “One million per cent… yes!”
Grating for so many reasons: The irritating dramatic pause before the “yes”; the fact that Simon almost certainly says this in the bedroom; the mathematical impossibility - Simon is effectively saying: “One million out of a hundred.…yes!”

8. “You’re so current/relevant/now!”
Well done Cher, you’ve managed to show up and not sing a 19th century folk madrigal. How very up-to-date you are with your ‘rap’ music. Presumably this is used so often because of the speed with which contestants disappear after the show.

7. “You look like a popstar…”
As opposed to a goat herder, a surgeon or a lampshade.

6. “You’ve taken a massive risk and it has paid off!”
What’s that? Matt Cardle sang while juggling chainsaws, tight-rope walking over a snake pit and gargling poison? No? Oh. He just slowed down a version of a Britney Spears song, did he? How about for a few weeks, the judges exchange the words “taken a massive risk” for “slightly altered a song’s arrangement”?

5. “It’s not your fault, it’s Simon/Dannii/Louis/Cheryl’s.”
No, it’s never the singer’s fault they gave a performance with all the charisma of a wet tea towel, forgot some words and missed the high notes. It was the mentor for giving them a song that “wasn’t right for them”.

4. “If this goes wrong, it’s all over.”
If the act, fooled by the repetition of number 5, believes that the song choice actually matters, they may well throw a hissy fit midweek and change from one mid-tempo RnB hit to another. So we then have to sit through the obligatory footage of Brian Friedman in a hoodie pretending that it is a disaster to his routine.

3. “It means so much to me, it’s the most important moment of my life…”
Said every week by one of the contestants, it is almost certainly the truth. But it’s also bitterly heart-breaking. Dragged into the whirlwind of the biggest show on TV the acts will be in a delusional bubble where coming fourth might make a difference. But the tragedy is, it’s almost already over. See also: the voted-off contestant’s refrain: “I’m not finished, not by a long shot.”

2. “You’ve got the whole package.”
A Louis favourite, which means that the act is not so physically repulsive they induce retching, can move their arms without getting out of breath and wouldn’t come dead last in a karaoke contest.

1. “You deserve your place on that stage…”
Simon’s pet phrase when he knows one of his contestants is close to going out. What he means is “You deserve to be placed in a bizarre outfit, next to some strange dancers while Louis Walsh abuses you.” See also: “I hope people pick up the phone and vote for you.”

"she's a fighter!" shut the hell up she's doing what everyone else is it doesn;t give her more of a right to anything just because she cries and plays victim every week. every week they have a new excuse for saving her. cut the yapping and admit you want her in because she keeps the hype.
