Raisins are dried white grapes, Sultanas are dried white seedless grapes, currants are dried red grapes :)

I swear they don't D: Raisins are like more soft and have a weird taste. Sultanas taste just nicer.. it's like really hard to explain.

You're right, sultanas are sweeter than raisins, it's the grapes used. :)
