I think that is her biggest problem, together with Cheryl's obvious bias towards Cher and Katie anyways. The Led Zeppelin song she did is utterly brilliant. But utterly wrong for an XF audience.

Seriously, i think Simon did get it right - her rock-opera experiment somehow did not connect with the public.

I didn't love it or hate it and I saw it 'for what it was' and appreciated the power display,
but,
I can see how a lot of people just didn't quite know what to make of it. So when voting comes around that is the one you just kinda 'blank' on.

This was also a case where the 'sing off' has all the practical value. This is exactly what it was for and why it is important. In this case it rescued the right person.
