What Was Halloween 2010 Like For You?

Here is what happened to Patrick on Halloween 2010:

Spent this morning watching A Nightmare On Elm Street 3, when the night came I got my face painted Blue, White and Black in a sort of Lady GaGa scar lightening bolt design.

Sat in the house with the family, had about 6 bottles of Budweiser, few snacks and such, fireworks and all of that.

Trick or treaters came, I gave them like 5 1P Coins each and they all thought it was alot more and they were like 'Woo' and I was like 'k piss off' and closed the door.

Then at around half 7 I got a taxi down to my mates, my mum's boyfriend was kind enough to give me a six pack of Budweiser and some strongbow, which had to be kept in a bag until I got down.

The night was pretty sh*t all in all, unfortunately I was the only one with drinks which I hadn't planned on so trying to have a laugh was a bit hard when they were all serious :rolleyes:

Lit a few fireworks outside this old people's home, and I was so pissed because,
I was recording X Factor and I just happened to look into the old peoples home and saw Belle Amie leaving on the telly and I was like FFS!!!

Did some trick or treating myself for the craic, this woman was like 'JUST FECK OFF AND LEAVE ME ALONE' and then I hit her door and she was like 'AM WARNIN' YOU BOY' and she sounded like a country girl it was qt but she was like 70.

Oh and this is the worse part,

This girl I'm in love with, like she rejected me the other day and she was down tonight and I had to spend like the whole night watching one of my best mates flirt with her and put his arm round her and stuff and then she wouldn't even talk to me and it was so awkward and everyone kept teasing me about her and I was like 'Just ST.FU' cause it was so hard :(

And then I came home early because I was literally close to tears by the end of the night because of her.

Oh but while I was waiting for a taxi, this fight broke out in the pub and this guy was like 'CALL THE POLICE' to the security and then he threw his shoe inside the door and hit this other guy and they kept fighting.
The security was like 'IF WE ******IN' CALL THE POLICE YOU'LL BE LIFTED' and he was like 'IDC!'
It was quite funny.

But yes then I came home and here I am.



So that was my Halloween, what was your's like?

I don't particularly celebrate Halloween. Never have. Idk if thats because I'm Catholic of whatever though.

I love bonfire night so much more :love: It makes Halloween seem so meh in comparison.

Well i've just moved, so I went on a Halloween walk in my new village, to get into the community. Was pretty good, there were a few actors who played dead people on the way. Then went back to the pub and got free supper :D

Oh I forgot to mention the guy fighting in the pub was dressed as Peter Pan it was so funny to take him serious.

It wasn't even me lighting them, it was this guy from my class I had asked to move away for a change of senery but he refused.

Stayed in, had Sunday dinner, watched X Factor, that's pretty much it. There was Trick or Treaters apparently but no one told me about them :( Apparently no one answered the door to them though, everyone in this house hates them :rolleyes: :p

Yeah I know right? Its weird that we celebrate it. My school used to have fireworks nights for it and it was Catholic too. Don't make much sense lol :laugh:

And I saw that, I was in Dublin last week to see my Mum and I saw everywhere was decked out in Halloween stuff lol. I don't think it ever really caught on big time over here. Well not where I live at least.

I dressed up as John James(rolled up jeans,beanie(plus cap hanging off my belt hoop),Brizzle is the Shizzle top and grey hoody) because I'm just so cool. I watched telly and cut my toe and ate nice food. I ain't going anywhere for a while after I just spend 300 euro on Take That tickets.

I've just got back from Wembley, was at NFL London watching the Broncos (somehow) lose to the 49ers. It was a good day out, and the game got really exciting after an uneventful first half, but I was properly gutted by the result. Questionable chop block penalty cost us big time, I felt physically sick when I realised a flag had been thrown on our touchdown :(

sunday: trick or treated about 3 houses with about 20 of my mates. no costumes.
then we trick or treated on this mans house and he wouldn't give us any sweets, and then one of my mates said something about egging his house as a joke, and he heard and started like squaring up to two of my mates and pushing them against a wall, but no-one wanted to get in a fight because we had a 6 year old boy with us.

and then we took him home, and went to the shop, nicked about 24 eggs. all of us egged his house and then he chased us around for about an hour with a metal pole then he just went. and then we ordered 507 pounds worth of dominoes to his house. then just jammed at the park.

few of us went to pure (nightclub) stayed there for bout 3 hours and got very drunk..got taxi back to my friends house to find one of our other friends in the kitchen with a busted nose..turns out a group of my friends got jumped..i skitz out for a bit and we walk him to the hospital and stay there till like 6am and get back about 7
so yeah it was alright
