what a rocks for brains swine to kill a 50 year old Alligator. I would rather he dies the idiot.
Vile man - I was watching something on TV last week where a landowner was paid by a hunter to let him kill an old stag, I think it was the oldest in the country just so he could have him stuffed and mounted it really is repulsive and these animals desereve to be respected
He looks a typical evil **** as well

One thing that got me though is when he sold it to a Taxidermist. Who would want that in their Living Room? It's wrong to have killed such a creature for no reason though.

They'd kill us given the chance, so we should kill them. Simples.

I don't see the problem with killing the alligator, it had had a good life and was a possible hazard to life in the area.
The article which kazanne just posted on the other hand, I was reading about, literally less than 5 minutes ago, and thats sick

They don't know any different,to them we are food,we SHOULD know better,we are SUPPOSED to be intelligent!!but it seems some of us still live in the dark ages, and when was the last time an alligator popped into your home and dragged you off!!!

That bear thing is horrible. Animal cruelty annoys me more than anything else in the world.

I don't like seeing mighty beasts killed just for fun and to boost egos. Very tragic. The very fact that its now gonna be stuffed and mounted just highlights how tragic it is that its not still alive and magnificent as nature intended.
The shocking part is that its allowed.

Thats amazing, well done that man.
It makes hunting worthwhile when you catch a beauty like that.
I bet he was buzzing, the lucky swine.

Animals should only be killed for food... or ritual sacrifice.
Same with humans. :)
Some of your opinions might change if we wasn't top of the food chain. Disgusting imo.
