TiBB's photography competition is back and and ready to go. If you haven't followed a TiBB photography competition before the idea is pretty simple; every week you are given a theme and then you have to take a photo that shows your interpretation of the theme. Every week members will rate the photo's in order of preference, and the contestant with the least amount of points will leave the competition. If you'd like to take part in TiBB's photography competition just send a completed application form (as seen below) to me via PM.

The application process will finish on the 13th November and the successful applicants will be posted in a new thread which will be the main thread for the competition. I'd quite like to get a mini forum in the interactive archive to keep everything together for people to see but can't see it happening myself! Anyway, there will be 8 contestants to start with and the first show will be on Sunday the 21st of November with the results after the X Factor results at 9pm. This will be the format every week until there are just 3 people left for the final which will take place on the 19th of December. This means that there will be a double elimination on one of the weeks (probably the half way point). Hope this helps :)

Ah right. What're you writing? I love English too, I just hate exams. I'd rather have all coursework, so then you can at least improve it and do it to the best of your ability. If you're not in the right frame of mind to write descriptively or imaginatively on the day of your exam then you're screwed. Today just wasn't a day that I'd normally sit down and write on, but with coursework you can do it when you're feeling in a writing mood. It's not too bad if I don't bump up my grade. I took my GCSE for Lit + Lang a year early and doing AS English now in Year 11, so hopefully what I've learnt in AS will help me.

Yeah, I love English... especially descriptive writing. That's the only section of the exam I feel confident about. And I'm sure that you'll be in the competition.., I'm not planning on turning anyone down unless I get a surge of 20 applicants... which I highly doubt!

What kind of stuff do you write then? I mean, I know you write poems but have you ever written any stories?
