I have got down to just 2 points now. I was on 20 points for a few months which was a bit like teetering on the edge of a 7 day ban always.

Just be firm but fair. All you can do really. Best thing I ever found is keeping it friendly but the forums I 'worked' on were very different to here

LOL, it depends on which mod/admin you get. We all have different toleration levels, but we do all discuss the infractions/bans etc. Best thing to do is get out of the thread and not retaliate. :)
