They seem attached at the hip these days. He's trying to get her on the US X Factor.

Everything Sharon Osbourne said about Simon and Dannii seems true about Simon and Cheryl.

She even resembles his past girlfriends, dark looks.

I am sure she has no interest in him in that way, but he seems besotted by her.

What's your take on it?

That much seems obvious to me.. the way his arm is always draped over her chair; the fact her chair is closer to his than it is to Dannii's, the banter they have... he's head over heels IMO.
