Who is your favourite act and what kind of music do you listen to?

I'm not saying that all fans of a certain act must listen to a certain genre of music or anything, I'm just curious to see if there's a link.

Who is/are your favourite act/s and which kind of music do you listen to most often/which musicians are your favourite?

I usually listen to stuff like evanesence, the calling...and normal chart music :)

Matt and Rebecca are my favourite acts and I listen to rock/grunge music, my favourite artists are Pearl Jam, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Nirvana, Green Day, that type of thing

I listen to a broad range of music - mainly indie / rock types ( Pigeon Detectives, Enemy, Wombats, Arctic Monkeys, Killers, Green Day, Guns n Roses (original line up stuff), Stone Roses and Charlatans

BUT I also love Take That, always have, Pink, Jonny Cash, Billie Holiday, Pink Floyd, Black Sabbath, Wham and most anything from the 1980's!

If you threw in The Waterboys, Thin Lizzy, Meat Loaf and Bob Dylan, I'd think I was you - right down to the wonderful Sinatra and right up to the wondrous Killers
Sorry OP, my favourites are Aiden and Matt, I quite like Rebecca; can see no merit at all in Katie and Cher and am meh about the rest of them

My favourite acts are One Direction and Aiden.
I mostly listen to pop rock, post-hardcore, and Metalcore. My favorite bands are You Me At Six, The Blackout, All Time Low, The Maine, Bring Me The Horizon, nevershoutnever! and Asking Alexandria.

For me, fave's Aiden and....guess I'm a bit hypocritical starting this thread seeing as I can't really choose a favourite genre. I listen to everything, but I guess my favourite would have to be alternative/acoustic/indie etc.

I love Mumford & Sons, Passion Pit, The Smiths, Bright Eyes, The Cure, Marina & The Diamonds, The Virgins, John Lennon, Billy Idol, Vampire Weekend, Cat Power, Jamie T etc.

Mainly listen to Rock&Roll, Rock, Alternative, stuff like that. The Beatles, Oasis, The Jam, The Smiths. But I like most music, except the stuff in the charts
