Who's your favourite TV show pairings? Are they lovers? Friends? Siblings? Sworn enemies?

A couple of mine are:

Kimber Henry (Kelly Carlson) and Christian Troy (Julian McMahon) in Nip/Tuck. One of the most tragic, turbulent and volatile love/hate relationships I have ever seen. They've been through it all; cheating, rape, threesomes, foursomes, engagements, break-ups, marrying the wrong people (she married his son, he married a lesbian), torture, cancer, suicide and many more. :(

Patty Hewes (Glenn Close) and Ellen Parsons (Rose Byrne) in Damages. They're boss/employee, mentor/student, best friends/worst enemies, surrogate mother/daughter. They only thing they haven't covered is a romantic attraction which lots of YouTube fan vids try to make out lol :D

from one of my favourite shows Weeds Nancy and Andy, he's her dead husbands brother, on the one hand there's a lot of sexual tension between them and on the other she's like his mother. I love these two
