Of course it won't. Infact, it'll do wonders for the show. A massive controversy which'd equal more press attention, thus more hype for next year's series, thus more ratings, thus more money, thus more press attention and so on and so forth. He'd love every minute of it and of course these 'campaigns' mean more votes and more money for him and more press attention.

Face it, you will never win. Back these silly 'campaigns' all you like, but if you really think it's going to piss Simon off, you're deluded.

'NO votes'? That's not at all possible, seeing as she polled more votes than Aiden. Someone is voting for her :joker:

And you could apply all of that to any other acts in the Bottom Two - TreyC, Storm, John etc etc etc. They weren't making any money for the show through votes either, were they? But the point is - they didn't get as much press attention as she did. Press attention = more exposure = more viewers [extremely likely anyway] = more votes = more money. The more and more people that get pissed off that Katie stays, the more press attention there is and the more people that tune in the following week to see what all the fuss is about. Of course it works out in their favour.

And how is it a 'fix'? Aiden polled the least votes - it's that simple. One week you complain that it isn't sent to Deadlock, and the next you complain that it was sent to Deadlock. Make your mind up :joker:

The only smug mentors on Saturday were Louis and Danni. Cheryl was carrying the haunted expression of a woman who was accompanying her favourite Katie to the gallows and lets face it (other than Novo) so did we. But the script got changed and Danni and Aiden were ungracious in defeat. ******ing priceless, keep Katie in and let's see some more teenage strops from the other contestants that have had it so easy so far.

Very true, and for weeks Aiden has clearly been way ahead of Katie in the voting so his supporters would thin he was safe,I did, but I did also choose to vote for him more this weekend.

However one lot of fans who must really know their act is not safe is Katie's,yet still again this week, for the 4th time in only 6 weeks,she still couldn't get enough votes to keep her out the bottom 2 for the 4th week and the last 2 weeks in a row too.

Clearly she is hardly popular at all and I dare bet the votes btween her and Aiden were very small too.

I also know that some people support a mentor too, therefore support their acts,I also think, obviously don't know,but think a lot of those voters switched from Aiden to Paije believing after he was on 1st that he was in big trouble and needed more votes this week.

Which is why, Aiden should have had a 2nd chance, had he been in the bottom 2 next week, fair enough, but for Katie to be reprieved again isn't just wrong it makes a mockery of any fairness and also of the X Factor credibility itself.
