Detest the man but he needs to stand up for himself. He reminds me of a bullied child in the playground

Not a fan of the man at all but he is actually being bullied - by people who are adult enough to know better.
The man can't do anything without Nigel Havers having a go at him, and he can't say anything without Nigel and Linford critisising him. It's bang out of order - I don't find it funny to watch - I find it uncomfortable and I never ever thought I'd say this, but I really feel sorry for Lembit.
He might be annoying but there are ways to speak to people, ways to treat them, and he's been treating like a piece of sh£t in there.

Yes, and by the time you posted .... 3 of the only 4 posts all said the same thing. He might be an aggrivating and annoying nuisance, but yes, I do feel he is being bullied by Nigel H and Linford C.

I don't .....
The "evidence" of several edited excerpts from a couple of hour-long shows representing over 5 days of rainforest occupation by the celebs is insufficient to convince me that something as serious as "bullying" of a former leader of the Welsh Liberal Democrat Party and Global Human Resources Training Manager for Proctor and Gamble by an ageing actor and a retired runner is taking place ..... :nono:

It's quite simple really...it's my opinion and I will stick by it. By all means disagree but it won't stop me from giving my own opinion.... so you can stop all the very childish :nono: smilies. Bullying is not dictated by age, nor is it limited to those theatrical or sporting backgrounds. Disagree by all means, but it's my view that he is bening bullied.

I suppose it depends how you define bullying .....
Bullying is a form of abuse. It involves repeated acts over time attempting to create or enforce one person's (or group's) power over another person (or group) , thus an "imbalance of power". The "imbalance of power" may be social power and/or physical power. The victim of bullying is sometimes referred to as a target. Bullying types of behavior are often rooted in a would-be bully's inability to empathize with those whom he or she would target.
Bullying consists of three basic types of abuse – emotional, verbal and physical. It typically involves subtle methods of coercion such as psychological manipulation.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bullying#Definition
Bullying is persistent unwelcome behaviour, mostly using unwarranted or invalid criticism, nit-picking, fault-finding, also exclusion, isolation, being singled out and treated differently, being shouted at, humiliated, excessive monitoring, having verbal and written warnings imposed, and much more. In the workplace, bullying usually focuses on distorted or fabricated allegations of underperformance.
