Gillian- most hated reality TV contestant ever?

I don't think I've ever witnessed this much hate since Tim BB3. Everything is negative, there is no support whatsoever which most people have at some point and even on TV shows shes made out to be a complete idiot. She wasn't popular before she went in by any stretch but the media have well and truly ruined any prospects she may have after the show

I'm a fan. She's one of the only entertaining ones in there, regardless of how 'fake' it may be, it would be a lot duller if she wasn't there. It baffles me how millions of people insist on ruining these types of shows all the time by evicting the entertaining contestants. They did it year after year with BB, and now they want to do it with this?

She CAN be entertaining but the problem is its too often. The only thing its going to do is divide the camp because sooner or later some one is going to say something to her and it will kick off. Then little gangs will emerge and we will see some real arguments.

There is 13 in there at the moment, that is 13 contestants and celebs, all with egos and the problem for gillian is she isn't getting over 8-10 meals with her trials and so they are going to get frustrated.

Its a matter of time with the way its going before something kicks off because at the end of the day, they want good food to eat and plenty of it to share around, they aren't getting that. And add in the egos of the celebs, its not good for her.

ok apart from the fake qualifications , the bad science pushed onto others as fact, the fainting, the over acting, the conceitedness etc etc etc.... it's the way she states she is allergic to various types of food....If you are allergic to a food your face swells up and you choke on your tongue it's called anaphalactic shock. then you have food intolerance where you can't eat a food because you will throw up etc and then there is food sensitivity where you might feel a bit bloated or get a mild headache... I very much doubt she even has food sensitivities let alone allergies. Her ignorance is insulting to people with real health issues. The only thing wrong with Gillian is that she is neurotic, mentally ill and has a mild eating disorder. I have nothing against mad women who won't eat their food but i don't like the position of authority that she assumes.

Why the hell are you rolling eyes .... whether you liked Jade or not - the woman is dead, and two small children were left without a mother. I'll have a rough guess that you or anyone very close to you hasn't been blighted by cancer, and the most awful pain in which it affects people, right to the minute they take their last breath on this earth - often having to be witnessed by loved ones who can do nothing but watch helplesslly, otherwise you'd understand how insulting your post is.

Patrick, you can't say that Nicole is the most hated. She was watched by maybe 2.5 million viewers. While there are shows like The X Factor what get 15-18 million ever show, that makes a bigger public with different opinions.

There was more to it than just Jade, the figures were down anyway before it all blew up

As for 3m watching BB9, thats fine but at the time it was least watched series ever and it never had the impact that I'm a Celeb is currently having. BB9 wasnt allover the papers or featured heavily in other TV shows. From BB9 onwards, BB was a cult show

It seems to have calmed down in the last day or so but before that she was public enemy #1 from Sunday right through to the middle of the week

After this she has lost any credibility she may have had - who, in their right minds would want to end up looking as awful as her at the age of only 51? She (apparently) has a trolley load of neuroses, phobias, psychoses etc which, if true, must be linked to the horrendous dietary regime she follows. She has no stamina (apparently), shrivelled skin and dull hair, all evidence of a poor lifestyle. Maybe a lot of her problems are beyond her control, but her nastiness, her selfishness, her self absorption, her rudeness and her arrogance ARE within her control and are the main reason she is detested. She can dish out the crap but she can't take it. 358,000 people on facebook are hating on her for good reason:joker:
