When they are in luna's dads house and Hermione is just about to tell the story of the three deathly hallows and just happens to say the word twilight, does Ron make fun of the Twilight series when he says 'No its actually Midnight!'? They then drag it out for ages.
I cant think of any other reason why he would bring that up.

Yeh it was. I think I read a test screening review in August about the Twilight joke.
Harry Potter is far more superior to gay sparkly vampires.

That line's in the book so I'm not sure it was originally although they probably included it in the film as a tongue in cheek moment.
