I've signed up for a contract online and the phone has arrived. It's unlimited texts, unlimited internet and 100 minutes of calls. My phone arrived a couple of days ago and i've been texting etc but I just signed up for an account view online and apparently I have 19 minutes left when I have not made any calls. I phoned up the text and minute viewer on my new phone and apparently they can't tell me how many texts I have left as I don't have a text bundle? Does this mean that my contract has not started because I've been texting people all evening.
