... no, not the fun kind.
Is it just me that actually likes alot of the 'value' supermarket branks compared to some big brands? I admit, I could never betray Heinz Tomato Sauce but I honestly can't taste the difference on alot of things... Tesco's value pear cider is my life.
And 60p Supernoodles? Step aside for this.

10 pence heaven!
I love own-brand chocolate and cola most of the time for some reason

Tesco's tortilla chips for 17p > doritos @ whatever price they are.

YES! I always tell myself I can buy two bags seeing as 'I am saving loads'... I think it's just an excuse to be greedy.

I always used to prefer Asda chicken curry micro meals. They just had far more in them and lots of meat chunks. Assuming it was actually meat, of course.

yes. Home brands are great for the simple basics. But chocolate and fizzy drinks do not taste as good though. Or baked beans.
edit; Asda white chocolate is an exception!

I love cheap stuff. Cheap ketchup is the best because it's acidic.

Tesco value sugar free lemonade.
Dunno bout ye but in Tesco Ireland we get a great Red Bull knock off for like 60 cent called 'Kick'. The exact same thing as Red Bull. Same taste, same buzz. It's become something of a phenomenon to the point where bouncers at clubs don't bother stopping people with cans of kick lining their pockets.
PERFECT vodka fodder.

Yeah. I think it is called Kick actually. The stuff we have in England. Might actually be called Boost instead.
I remember buying some.
Cheap Red Bull. You can taste the difference, but I don't think it really matters as it still tastes nice.

I haven't bought store brand in a while. not because I am rich but just because I love food and I can't risk not liking the taste of what I bought. :D

I remember going on a Smash diet.
It was actually nice. As long as you really mix in the powder. I'd use my Kenwood chef to properly get it smoothy, then add butter and lashings of pepper.
momomomomomom.
