I think the two-week Easter holiday falls during those dates for me anyway, so it's completely wasted :(

only for those of you in school:spin2: you dont deserve extra time off anyway, you're only in 40 out of 52 weeks

Oh well, two extra four-day weekends wouldn't make much difference :nono:

Do you know how ******ing long that is?

How much of our lives is spent in ******ing school whilst you lot run about the country with freedom?

You all deserved to be locked up for those 4 day weekends whilst myself and other people who go to school, can relax for once.

run about the country with freedom? what planet are you on? I work full time 5-6 days per week with no set patterns so I don't always get a weekend and I'm only entitled to 3 weeks off per year including christmas. My shifts are always 8-12 hours at a time. You've got it very easy with school life and won't realise how well you've got it until you leave. You're in school for 6-7 hours a day for 5 days a week for 6 weeks at a time before you get a week or two off. Its nothing.

Yey I will be able to have the full 4 days off! People who go to school have the easter monday as there lat day off of the 14 week holiday, then people will only have to have 3 days off at school then break up again!

April? We've had snow in April before, so it's an odd month to pick for a huge public celebration like a royal wedding, since the weather can't be relied on to be any good. A sea of umbrellas on the streets of London doesn't make good global television:laugh2:

Wait 'til you get a full time job with just under two weeks worth of holiday a year, then let's see you complaining about having a measly 12 weeks of the year off..
