They're all egotistical crap mentors. All the acts that get eliminated say that they have a "chat" with their judge after the Sunday show. Then they meet on a Wednesday or Thursday and then the judges attend rehearsals on the Saturday afternoon. Wouldn't call it hard work. They all spend more time looking in the mirror and selecting outfits.
