Everytime I go shopping I always buy pasta because its one of those things its good to have in the cupboard. I was just looking for something on the top shelf in my kitchen, which I hardly ever put things on because I have to stand on a chair to reach it and I found 14 packets of pasta. Swear to god I have no idea how they got there, I never put stuff that high - but someone put them there......................

LOL! I'm at university now but I swear in EVERY house in the UK there is a tin of old pineapples in the back of the cupboard, alongside the odd old tin of spaghetti hoops or something.

For me it's usually out of date packets of Bachelors Savory rice, stock cubes well past their sell by, and there's always a potoato at the back of the cupboard that managed to escape and is setting up his own roots! :blush2:

You just reminded me of when my landlady had a right go at me about the state of my flast and she ranted 'look at that mouldy old piece of toast on the floor' and I didn't have the heart to tell her it was a scourer. She frightened me lol

Few years ago I found a Chrisms present from a friend around 1976~1979 (Certain of the period is just after married and before starting full time work).

Blue and light brown shower soaps with cotton lope.
One has mark of capital letter F and other one has mark of MARKS & SPENCER. They are beside shower unit but just for decoration as they are so pretty looking.
If Marks & Spencer's buyers examine the product, they will know more of its history.(?) As of today they are almost perfect condition.

Like this but both ends are soaps.

Somewhere in my cupboard has this.
Diana Flora margarine empty tub.
Print is not clear as I washed it.

I was just about to say pineapple

There's loads of stuff in the house my brother only ever ate like chicken noodles that no one's got rid of cos they'll be in date for ages(he's in China for a year). Loads of half empty boxes of cereal too cos I hate the bottom.

I had plumbing problem under the kitchen sink over the weekend, leaking.

I was surprised to find all sorts of cleaning products in the cupboard.
There were such as buy one second free or something like that and forgot about them, just keep pushing in and in and in every time I got them.

Glad I explained it OK - after Christmas, you'll be able to change the custom status to whatever you wish now you know the way (I've just never bothered).
