Her job doesnt dictate that she picks between her own acts. Judges can refuse. Louis couldve easily refused after Cheryl did. But he didnt even complain. Says much.

Since when did the judge with both acts in bottom two have to vote first. In the past I'm sure they at least left them until last. I'm sure this is the first season they've just gone straight in and asked the judge to choose between their acts first. In previous years they would have moved from Simon's end and down.

Plus, Dermot's a bit of a dick. When Katie got the boot he kept saying how bad she's had it and everytime she tried to make a positive remark about the experience he would churp in and say "But boy you've had it rough", "Bottom two four times, that's gotta hurt" etc. Don't like Katie, but Dermot's a *****.

No, the mentors become judges on the show and as there are only 4 of them and usually half of the sing off votes are decided in advance normally,one of the things the judges are paid to do is vote for who goes home after the sing off.

If Ms Cole was too cowardly and weak to vote off one of her own acts when the public have Put 2 of her acts in the bottom 2 then she shouldn't be able to vote off other judges/mentors acts either.

Louis showed the way to do it tonight and also made the decision fairly.
The main reason Ms Cole refused to vote off her own act that week was because so much had been said as to her favouring far more Cher and Katie over the others,she did not want that proven on TV so copped out. A full and total hypocrite.

Louis is my favourite judge by far:D, he's hilarious.. stands up for himself and not afraid to put his opinion across even if he's wrong.. I find myself agreeing with him quite a bit but sometimes disagree.. he knows what he is talking about!.
