New Year Resolutions 2011

I'm not usually one to make New Year Resolutions, but this year I have decided that I need to make changes in my life.


So starting from 2011, I will not be smoking, I will be going back to Australia and I will learn to chill out more :hugesmile:


What has everyone else got in mind for their resolutions?

LOL, but when backpacking around oz in the outback there is no internet. And when I was in the city I didn't really want to spend my time online too much, so rarely came on :tongue:

I'm not the one who will say "I'm gonna quite smoking" because I know it's impossible and I don't even want to anyway.

I possibly want to be nicer to people, not to be afraid about letting certain feelings out.

Apart from this one, no new year resolutions. :hugesmile:

1. Lose Weight - I set this as 1 every year and never end up doing anything about it, or half attempt at it, but I really want to do this now. Diet and do a tad more excercise, not too much though as I cba.

2. Gain Confidence - Another I set every year and dont really achieve, I guess maybe thats just me, Im not deep in a shell but not out there as Id like to be (i.e. avoid speeches in public like the plague, dont start a convo with people I rarely speak with but would like to get-to-know more etc). So with this, Im just gonna aim to socialise more with 'new' people, and get my opinion across more in class.

3. Work Harder - I used to work really hard, and over 2010 have progressively gotten lazy and my attitude towards work has gotten poor, I dont like being this way and would like to revert back, not to the extent as never stopping working, but do a lot more in my spare time than Im currently am.

4. Go Out More - Been doing this lately anyway, but Id like it to continue on, saying 'yes' when offered out rather than not going, and plan something to do with my mates more at the weekends and in the holidays.

5. Stop Being Paranoid/**** Them! Attitude - Im pretty conscious of what others think of me, and well, Im gonna try stop worrying about it! **** them! :D

6. Experience Being Drunk - K so its about time... Ive been tipsy but never drunk, I wanna know what its like!
