I think she will the face last night when Rebecca went through said it all
She will spend all her time with Mini-Me this week and than give Rebecca a very poor song/songs

Rebecca could sing an awful song and still get through, she has talent. Unlike her mini me

I doubt there is anything she could do to stop Rebecca making the final tbh

I don't think she would, Rebecca's her main shot at winning.

Both Cher and Rebecca are guaranteed record deals regardless so I doubt Cheryl's gonna care tbh.

I think she'd save Cher over Rebecca still actually, even though she won't really have the choice :/

Cheryl looked mortified when Rebecca got through, lol, but Rebecca will make the final she is her best singer left and is a nice girl.

No I dont think she would sacrifice rebecca. Cheryl likes them both. And she will do all she can to get them both to the final. Because they both deserve to be in the final. It would double cheryls chance of winning so why would she sacrifice any of them

Cheryl prefers Cher its pretty obvious.. she's given Rebecca awful styling and awful song choices all the way through

If Rebecca isn't happy with her styling or her songs it's up to her to tell Cheryl or the stylists and I haven't seen anything to suggest she isn't happy with it at all, or it would be splashed all the papers now about a bust up, they're so predictable:).

I think she prefers Cher to Rebecca.
I think she does too, Its understandable to play to an acts strengths,I also think she hasn't really let Cher show all her versatile side, only 2 real straight songs in 8 weeks the rest with the rapping included.
It will be interesting to see what she chooses for them both this week,I think Cher will be in the final.
I had fears for Rebecca last week with 'Yesterday' that was a bad song choice and also the U2 one this week didn't come off as well as it could have for Rebecca either.
Personally, I think Cheryl is a bad mentor though, (putting Katie aside, who should have been out ages ago but was helped massively by the judges except Dannii), these 2 girls have got there on their own merits not because of Ms Cole..

Not really.... Simon doesn't need Rebecca really. He already has Leona who lets be honset could blow Rebecca out of the water with her vocals.
Simon knows its time for change and that change is Cher, not someone we've seen multiple times before. :)
I doubt Rebecca would flop if she won; I think Matt and Mary would if they were the winners though. One Direction would have a shelf life of 2/3 years at the most, Cher or Rebecca are the only two who have any sustainability beyond a couple of years; but I think Rebecca is a much better bet for the win than Cher.

Very much doubt it, but hope so. Rebecca is nothing new and is far, far too dull, unfortunately.

She's not dull though! She's just been overshadowed by the personality emphasis on the likes of Wagner, Katie and Cher for the entire competition - IMO her talent is what counts, if you have to rely on your personality as much as your vocals to carry you through the X Factor then you're not going to win. Having said all of that, the only winner to date who, IMO, has had both a lot of talent and a personality that leaves an impression on you, is Alexandra Burke. I guess you need a combination of both, but talent is more important. None of the contestants are anything new so I don't think that particular argument stands up.

Why are you comparing Rebecca and Leona?? They're completely different genre's of music, Rebecca would fit brilliantly into the Jazzy blues sort of music that Adele and Amy winehouse make, Leona's a big ballsy ballader.
Cher is nothing new, she's a chav, she's a mini cheryl/

Every female winner is always going to be compared to Leona whether fans like it or not and IMO Leona will not be topped especially by someone like Rebecca who is almost the same as her.
+ How is she nothing new? Has there ever been an act like Cher before on XF?
Theres no current big artist in the UK atm who fits Chers genre of music so tbf she is something new.

I'm not really referring to her personality, I'm referring to her lack of stage presence, movement around the stage, etc etc. Perhaps I should've made that part more clear, sorry. She never has any choreography - and when she does the most it is is her moving her hips from side to side. That's what I'm referring to - because I wouldn't pay money to see her standing in a black dress singing fifteen ballads for two hours on her tour. I'd want to see a show as well.
When I say something 'new', I mean in terms of the X Factor. Cher's definitely something we haven't seen before, IMO, and One Direction would be 'new' in the sense that we haven't had a group win before...so that would be good. I'm just a bit fed up of having the same, predictable winners year on year. Rebecca's got a good voice, yes, but then so did Leona [although hers is far superior]. Matt's another Shayne Ward, IMO, even though I like him. I just think we need a different type of winner for once.

Well is Cher not going to be a female winner?? Cher will look like Dog **** in comparison to her.
And she's is something new, theres never been anyone with a voice like hers, able to do soul jazzy music. Cher is just a wannabe Nicki Minaj/Cheryl/Tulisa

Like I said every female winner will be compared to Leona but Cher is so different it probably wont even cross peoples minds, Rebecca on the other hand is always going to have her voice compared to her because they are similar.
Oh and Nikki Minaj is not big in the UK, shes nothing like Cheryl because Cheryl doesn't rap and neither does Tulisa.

Do not be silly! IMO this is why these silly cretins are still in the show! Because people think they are unique!
Plus, You better be prepared for a predictable winner again this year then!!!

Okay, let me pose two questions to you:
1) Have we had a group win the show before? No? Have we? In that case, they would be unique winners, no?
2) I've asked you before, but...why do you watch these shows when you slate all of the contestants in them? Pretty pointless, isn't it?

Her voice is very distinct and quite unique imo. I would sit and listen to an album of hers, I wouldn't do for one of Chers no matter how interesting her personality is, at the end of the day all I'm interested in when I turn on my ipod is liking what I hear.

I'm sure Cher will get more attention but thats okay, Rebecca is amazing enough to have gotten through 8 weeks already with Cheryl focusing more on Cher and Katie.

I'm amazed that 'face' she made hasn't attracted more press TBH......and faced with the choice I think she would abstain.....and leave it to Simon and Louis to put Cher through.

Apparently you are in good company.....Nicole pussycat doll thinks the same.....about Rebecca that is, 'unique in this generation' is how she put it. Now its up to Rebecca to show the passion and fight that the others will this week.
