Her daft allegation came as she lashed out at I'm A Celebrity and her fellow stars.
Speaking after unimpressed viewers booted her out of the camp, Gillian, 51, said: "It felt like I was having a heart attack. It was a nightmare, a living nightmare.
"I was surviving in that hellhole - but only just. It was like a horror movie that never ended."
Despite going to great lengths to avoid some of the Bushtucker Trials, she insisted: "I'm not a quitter."
