I know that just an observation. I wouldn't get too excited though, I don't think that poll represents the general public or even the whole of TiBB I only just voted there over this thread, I doubt that many members have even voted on it tbh

Cher's a serious dark horse now that Katie's gone as it seemed they shared a lot of fans. I wouldn't be surprised if an upset happens and she wins or makes it into the Top 3.

She's marmite and it's better to make a lasting impact which is what the likes of Cher, Katie and Wagner will have once it's over and they're free from the XF contract.

I'm even more surprised Cher is 3rd favourite with 14%, most seem to loathe her there but they've got it in for One Direction too who have gone down in popularity there.. of course polls don't make a difference it's the voting;).

Their secret love won't win it for her - unfortunately for Cher, a lot of the fans on this forum are self-confessed non-voters. It does make me wonder how people who don't bother voting expect her to win:confused:

To be honest though some of the Matt/Rebecca or fans of the other acts on here probably don't vote and will still be expecting their favourite to win:).

It is because Cher-L fans have to e-bang those online polls and form some kind of action around it.

I do think its possible X-Factor can do the way of 'Big Brother' where it loses more of the serious viewers (adults or bright teens) and is left to the idiot-teens and riff-raff who turn it into a bad joke voting 'winners' like CherL

btw.. I don't hate Cher-L but I just can't take that seriously compared to actual skilled talents like Matt or Rebecca.
