Whilst opening her new hard candy fitness gym in Mexico Madonna revealed a more plump face than she had just months ago. Oh Madonna, please don't start going there. A little bit of maintenance here and there is OK but don't be changing your whole face now!

Doubt it...... the 'older' piccy, her nose looks larger, because noses actually continue to grow (honest!)... so do ears.

Normally I would think she had just put on weight and filled out. But this is Madonna...fitness freak and health food obsessive.

thing is though, for older women, the face is one of the areas that loses fat naturally as we age (booo).... and it's one of the almost impossible places to gain weight.
As you say, fitness fanatic Madonna .... it's not through over eating or stock piling on the calories.

She may have had some facial fillers and still be all swollen. She looks all puffed up and bloated.
Maybe it will settle down.

No but from photo's of her before and after ''botox'' she looks better in them.

well botox paralysises the facial muscles to prevent wrinkles. This looks more like fillers that plump up certain areas of the face to add volume. They used to inject silicone but thats now considered very dangerous so Im sure she hasn't had that.
She may have had fat taken from her ass and injected into her face. :)

Not ''botox''. Fillers and plumpers, or even fat injections taken from her own body (if she ever had any fat !).

We don't fancy her anyway but we just don't want her looking like somebody else. Good cosmetic surgery should make you look like a much fresher version of yourself.
I think the only effective surgery is the eye lift. Everything else looks strange. Simon Cowell looks better having his bags removed (no comments about Sinitta please!)
I love Madonna so I hope she will see sense. She experimented on her lips in the early 90s but went back PDQ. Hopefully she'll do the same.
