Becks/Matt axis plays into Cher's hands

Matt and Becks have fans in common, just as the Katie/Cher vote was spreading their vote thin in the early weeks. Look how Cher has jumped from 25% of this forum's vote to near 40% on the exit of the Great One.

If four go to the final you would think One Direction and Cher would be better placed with their unique fan base.

I think the special one, Cher, can muster possibly 35% of the vote in the final; possibly enough in a four way fight. Assuming she isn't gone this weekend that is.

Cher won't win. Matt is universally admired, as is Rebecca. One Direction have a huge young fanbase. Cher is too Marmite to win - she'll beat Mary but hasn't a chance over the other three.

Some of Cher's biggest fans on this site are young...Stacey 15, Jordan 16. I think this may be replicated in the public, hope so, though obviously forums do pull in the cult fans.

She definitely is Marmite...I think we are up to 43% as most hated on this forum. She wouldn't stand a chance in a two way fight, but a four way fight might be different so long as the early voting still carries forward after eliminations.

I reckon someone who arouses such strong feeling either way must have the Xfactor.
