This one is a bit puzzling at the moment. It seems codes transmitted by telegraph were sent this way, in groups of five letters.

Here is how often each letter appears in that cipher:

Also N is followed by E four times. And UNE appears 3 Times.

How does this help us? Well I also found out that E is the most used letter in writing, so one of the letters recurring the most should be an E (and I don't mean the 5 E's in the code). Another interesting fact is that T is the second most used.

So what does this prove? Apart from that I have a bit of ocd. Well I'm not sure that I'm any closer to figuring it out, but I got tired of thinking and wanted to post something.
