Yep, old bag of the forum playing Mum but it's Winter and most are feeling sh!t and the above advice was a Godsend from my doctor before when I was ill with 'flu a few years back

2 hours. It equates to 2 every 4 hours like it states on the back of the pack. 1 every 2 hours takes the edge off...
