from the jungle to the table

of course Stacey must never be dissolved,
but the green table is now where my life is revolved.
Sunday has begun with 2 from the top,
hendy v white are the cream of the crop.
but as these players mature, whisky is not pored,
miss after miss, tv burps are the award.
up and coming players take on the old school,
there sheer boldness makes them a tool.
snooker is the best game ever seen,
it consists of yellow, brown, blue, pink, black red not forgetting green.
yes its about skill,
but luck can help you or make you feel ill.
the fine cloth is also a factor,
the balls are furious, speed needs a sub-tractor.
thank you BBC and the 301 digi for catch up,
im a celeb and Stacey may be over, late nights are all about snooker and a hot cup.

(yes its sad the jungle is over but at least i have snooker lol anyone else into it ?)

Joe

Everyday I pass a snooker place called "Hurricane Room" near Kings Cross station. Sometimes I wonder you have been there as I know you like snooker and also you live in London.

I work in Holborn.
In the evening, I walk from my work place to Kings Cross Station to get overground train. (It takes around 20 minutes)
(In the morning, I do not walk. I take Piccadilly Line)

I was sure You knew the place, Joe.:hugesmile:
